PRESS RELEASE – To Whom It May Concern

Urgent Appeal for International Attention to Human Rights Violations in Ireland!!!

We Quest for Justice write to you with deep concern regarding the serious human rights violations and crimes perpetrated by various Irish authorities, including the Legal Services Regulatory Authority, the Law Society of Ireland, and the Irish Wheelchair Association. The victim worked earlier with the United Nations.

According to publicly available documentation and testimonies shared by Quest for Justice the victim—formerly employed by the Irish Wheelchair Association—in this Irish institution has endured prolonged mental and physical abuse over a period of nearly eight years. These abuses include deliberate infliction of physical pain, concealment of documentary evidence, and systemic neglect by legal and governmental institutions. We refer to repeated and unanswered appeals to the Minister for Social Protection and other officials despite promises of further correspondence and inquiry findings. Quest for Justice further point out that legal representatives, including Michael J. Kennedy Solicitors, have knowingly submitted false information and violated multiple provisions of Irish law, including the Solicitors Act 1954 and the Criminal Justice Act 2006. Quest for Justice have begun publishing evidence online in an effort to expose what we describe as a coordinated effort to suppress justice and silence the victim. We believe these claims merit urgent international scrutiny. The allegations suggest a pattern of institutional failure and possible organized abuse that, if substantiated, would constitute grave violations of human rights and legal ethics. We respectfully urge your organization to:

Review the materials published by Quest for Justice.

  • Engage with Irish authorities to seek clarification and accountability.
  • Issue a public statement condemning any verified abuses.
  • Offer support to the victim and advocate for transparent investigation.

Your voice could be instrumental in ensuring that justice is not denied and that Ireland upholds its commitments under international human rights law.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Sincerely,                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  Quest for Justice                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         forjusticequest@hotmail.com
