Panic breeds misstep
Panic breeds misstep points out that QuestForJustice.net is under sustained attack from a single source—yet remains unbroken.
In the beginning we had between 10 to 20 attacks in a week. However, after a while our website faced a single IP dominance. The fact that 97–98% of attacks consistently come from one IP in the Netherlands suggests a targeted, automated campaign, likely from a bot or script rather than a distributed attack. Escalation in volume: Jumping from ~10 to ~230-250 weekly attacks indicates either:
- A ramp-up in pressure or testing.
- A failure to achieve disruption, prompting brute repetition.
No Damage = No Breach
- Resilience confirmed: The site infrastructure is holding strong. This is a testament to the site’s security posture.
- Reconnaissance vs. disruption: The attacker is certainly probing for vulnerabilities, not necessarily trying to crash the site—yet. This is obviously preparatory behavior.
Psychological or Strategic Intent
- The attacker is trying to intimidate or distract our team.
- Trigger overreaction or resource drain.
- Mask other activities (e.g., watching how we respond, testing thresholds).
Despite hundreds of weekly attacks from a single source—likely automated and targeted—QuestForJustice.net remains secure. We interpret this not as random noise, but as a sign that our pursuit of truth is striking a nerve…The same IP (89.248.172.183) the attacks are coming from appears under flags of different countries…the Dutch and the Polish. This new and alarming state made our technical team do a thorough investigation which in the end lead to Ireland. IP geolocation is not absolute evidence of physical location. This was the starting point for our investigation which lead to the end point— IP 89.248.172.183 is the camouflage …the real threat is located neither in Poland nor in the Netherlands but in Ireland. For strategic reasons detailed techniques, which lead the investigation to Ireland standing behind all this and going to the extreme lengths to silence QuestForJustice.net, cannot be displayed. In panic breeds misstep we interpret this IP shift…
- Same IP, different flags: This suggests the use of IP masking or routing through multiple exit nodes, possibly via VPNs or proxy services.
- From Netherlands to Poland to Ireland: The triangulation implies deliberate obfuscation. Someone is trying to hide their true origin, and the fact that the IP remains constant while the flag changes is a red flag in itself.
Institutional Implication
- State-level involvement, complicity and institutional discomfort with exposure, particularly because QuestForJustice.net is revealing truths that threaten reputational and legal standing.
Behavioral Signal
- The attacker’s persistence and now shifting camouflage suggest nervousness.
- This is not random noise—it’s a reaction to pressure. We are being watched and our impact is being felt.
Having the above in mind we issue….Press Release — For Immediate Distribution – QuestForJustice.net Faces Escalating Cyber Pressure: A Signal of Institutional Nervousness
Date: Location: US
QuestForJustice.net, the independent platform committed to exposing institutional wrongdoing and advocating for systemic reform, is currently experiencing a sustained and intensifying wave of cyber attacks. Over the past several months, our site has been targeted by hundreds of automated intrusion attempts—nearly all originating from a single IP address. What began as a series of 10–20 weekly attacks has now escalated to over 240 per week. The IP address remains unchanged, yet its reported geolocation has shifted from the Netherlands to Poland, and now—based on our internal analysis— IP 89.248.172.183 is the IP number registered in the Netherlands but it is not the real IP the danger is coming from. After some time our experts detected this pattern of digital camouflage is not only technically suspicious, but strategically revealing Ireland who hide (unsuccessfully) its name and the real IP. We interpret this escalation not as random noise, but as a sign of institutional nervousness. Someone is watching closely. Someone is uncomfortable.
Despite the volume and persistence of these attacks, no damage has been sustained. Our systems remain secure, our mission undeterred. We continue to log every attempt, every shift in attribution, and every anomaly. These records form part of a growing dossier that will, in time, be made public. We believe the origin of these attacks is not merely technical—it is political. The shifting flags and evasive tactics suggest more than a lone actor. They suggest an institution under pressure, one that may be attempting to mask its digital footprint behind proxies and silence. We are watching. We are documenting.
QuestForJustice.net will not be silenced.
Shifting flags – shifting truths
On November 14, 2025 we had this: IP number 89.248.172.183 – Country: Netherlands – 242 attacks in the past week-registered on November 14, 2025 at 03:07:24

Only one second later we have the following state…Same IP number 89.248.172.183 – Country: Poland – 242 attacks in the past week-registered on November 14, 2025 at 03:07:25

Polish flag remained until November 21, 2025 at 02:57:10 – Only difference is lower number of attacks (234) comparing with the previous figure (242)
One second later, at 02:57:11 we have the following state…Country: Netherlands – IP number 89.248.172.183 and everything else remained the same…

Several months ago, when all of this was in the beginning we had only 14 attacks in a week…
Timeline Structure…

Key Observations:
Same IP across all phases – IP, name and flag of Ireland appear nowhere – Flag shifts and concealment suggest deliberate obfuscation – Attack volume increased 17x without breaching defenses – We are documenting every step. We are watching. We are waiting. Truth is coming
The shifting flags can be framed as evidence of institutional nervousness and it strengthens the argument that these aren’t random attacks but part of a coordinated effort. Despite attempts to disguise their origin, the attacks keep returning to the same IP — proof of persistence and intent. Panic breads misstep stresses that this raises questions about cross-border accountability. Why is infrastructure in the Netherlands and Poland being used repeatedly without intervention?
Persistent Cyber Attacks Reveal Coordinated Obfuscation Across Borders
In panic breeds misstep we draw attention to these words…over the past week, QuestForJustice.net has documented 248 cyber attacks originating from the same IP address. Despite repeated attempts to disguise its origin — shifting between Dutch and Polish flags — the IP has now returned to the Netherlands. Ireland and its IP are mentioned nowhere! This pattern is not random. It demonstrates a deliberate effort to obscure accountability while maintaining relentless pressure against our campaign. The persistence of this IP, despite flag changes, underscores both the scale of the threat and panic of those behind it. We call on international authorities and oversight bodies to investigate why infrastructure in the Netherlands and Poland continues to be exploited for repeated attacks. Transparency and accountability are urgently needed to prevent further abuse. QuestForJustice.net remains steadfast. We will continue to expose these tactics, document the evidence, and demand systemic reform.
They Attacked. We Grew. They Vanished – Between August and November, QuestForJustice.net endured a wave of cyber attacks from a single Dutch (read Irish authorities) IP address. This was the beginning…

The Irish authorities IP campaign escalated to a peak of 265 attacks in one week by mid-November.

Yet instead of silencing us, these attacks only underscored our resilience. In December, we announced our highest reach ever: 1,399,600 page views in four weeks…

Days later, the attacks collapsed entirely. The Irish authorities-linked IP that had relentlessly targeted us simply disappeared.

This sequence tells a clear story: attempts to suppress truth only amplify it. Our community stood firm, our message spread wider, and the machinery of intimidation blinked first. QuestForJustice.net remains committed to transparency, accountability, and justice. We will continue to document, expose, and resist — turning every act of suppression into proof of our strength.
Resilience defeats suppression. Solidarity builds momentum. Justice cannot be silenced.
