Elizabeth Morris
This post is one more evidence of what the victim is going through. It remains to bee seen whether Ms Elizabeth Morris – Deciding Officer in Department for Social Protection (Section in Longford City) will fully implement what she pointed out in number 1 and in number 2 on page 4 of her own decision she brought on January 26, 2015. In this way Quest for Justice only wish to draw attention of international public to what is happening in Ireland. At this place we still address Ms Morris politely but we will see how these circumstances develop. In her letter in which she awarded the disability allowance this Deciding Officer very clearly writes …
“Generally one credit is awarded for each week of entitlement and is usually awarded at the same rate as the person’s last paid contribution.” See page 4…Appendix 3 …and continues….“Disability Allowance Section will award credits for the period of payments of the Allowance” See page 4…Appendix 3 .
Irrespective of what is undeniably documented in this post, irrespective of the very clear circumstances and decision of Ms Elzabeth Morris the victim cannot reach 52 credits for 2024 he is legally entitled to. He unsuccessfully wrote three times to Ms Diane Gibson – Client Eligibility Services in Department for Social Protection (Buncrana Section) and she three times rejected to provide the victim with what legally belongs to him. She even refused to notify the victim on what is happening. Since the beginning it was very difficult for him to reach the updated Contribution Statement and in the end, having in mind data for 2024, only loud silence is heard in the Department for Social Protection. As we already pointed to earlier the victim very politely requested the updated document including 2024 and 52 credits for that year. Then after two weeks or so he again politely reminded Ms Diane Gibson of the need to post him that document. She did not respond. Then we advised him to request the updated and correct statement pursuant to Article 15 General Data Protection Regulation and pursuant to Section 10.- (1) (a) Criminal Justice (Theft and Fraud Offences) Act 2001… Ms Elizabeth Morris received this file on 12th September 2025 at 07:37.

Today is 22nd October 2025 – Both Ms Elizabeth Morris and Ms Diane Gibson still reject to clarify this issue!
