Fastway Couriers
In the beginning we in Quest for Justice would love to let Fastway Couriers in Ireland introduce themselves.
After these fabulous words in which people of Fastway Couriers in the Republic of Ireland describe themselves we, in Quest for Justice, point to what happened giving so a small contribution to the “honour and high moral standard” of “a leader in the courier industry.” …Pursuant to Article 15 of General Data Protection Regulation the victim requested this award-wining company to provide him with a copy of any information they keep about him on computer, in manual form or in any other electronic form. Only one day later (see page 2) the Irish National Postal Service (posted notification on their website) and returned the letter – they explained that “the addressee is not at the address any more.” Having in mind that Mr Danny Hughes, the Group Chief Executive Officer as the postal service asserted “is not at the address any more” the victim resorted to mail another request to the Group Chief Executive Officer believing if Mr Danny Hughes does not occupy the post any more there must be someone replacing him. On 30th May 2024 the victim mailed the second copy of the request for access to personal information and only one day later was informed that his request was in Dublin 24…
Those were pretty unusual circumstances because the postal label was saying that even the Group Chief Executive Officer in Fastway Couriers was also gone away (see nr 1 on front page of returned 2nd request). Realising that there is no any possibility to directly inform the leadership of Fastway Couriers we, in Quest for Justice, resorted to inform international public about criminal activity in the “leader in Irish courier industry”.….
