In this post Quest for Justice point out that thug Paul Comerford of the Legal Services Regulatory Authority, protecting these criminals and their accomplices, rejected to consider this issue irrespective of clear: 1. section 10.- (1) (a) – Criminal Justice (Theft and Fraud Offences) Act 2001… 2. Section 14 – (1) (i) – Solicitor’s Act 1954… 3. Section 50 – Legal Services Regulation Act 2015… 4. Sections 7 and 8 – Criminal Law Act 1997 and 5. Part 7 (Organized Crime) brilliantly explained in Criminal Justice Act 2006. All that forced the victim to address the Data Protection Commission in Ireland and this institution received the correspondence on 28th November 2023 at 09 – 27. We refer to the letter that Ms Walsh posted to the victim on 28th November. In it she pointed out that they normally reply within 20 working days unless complex circumstances arise. Today is 8th November 2025 and these criminals-commissioners are still rejecting to take any steps resolving this part of Ireland’s national shame.
Data Protection Commission in the Republic of Ireland received the victim’s complaint on 28th November 2023 at 09:27 (see page 5 of the complaint) and after that the victim found this letter in his post box.
They work in collusion, once again, points to the document of 27th July 2023 which Leo Fay of Michael J. Kennedy Solicitors wrought on 27th July 2023. That is the document we often return to. In it Fay Leo stressed that the remainder of the documents which the victim requested was going to be released. However, it never happened. That was why the victim posted (1st December 2023) a file to Gemma Walsh, Information officer of Data Protection Commission. Gemma Walsh, another member of this criminal organization, received the correspondence on 5th December and the file she received contained:

Uploading documentation pointing to names of all those who joined together and went to extreme lengths to prevent the truth coming to light is work that will last for years….Let us continue…On 28th November 2023 the victim addressed Data Protection Commission and on 4th January 2024 he received the two-page letter dated 22nd December 2023 in which John Z. Cowap, Information Officer of Data Protection Commission, gave very precise instructions….
The victim strictly followed these instructions, gave evidence of the very precise list of documents criminals Leo fay and Michael J. Kennedy have hidden and on the front page of the amended Request for access to personal information he wrote….
Next day (5th January) the victim responded and John Z. Cowap received the correspondence on Tuesday, 9th January 2024. As They work in collusion already pointed to above only loud silence is coming out of Data Protection Commission. Having in mind the crystal clear message of this deafening silence we today, on 8th November 2025, 22nd time, call on the criminals-commissioners to take necessary steps and resolve this part of this horrific crime…. we also remind these two scoundrels that they brutally violated Sections 7 and 8 in Criminal Law Act, 1997 and Part 7 (Organized Crime) – Criminal Justice Act 2006.
