 In Criminal scoundrels protect criminal scoundrels we stress that the monster concealed the reminder of the documents. In this post Quest for Justice point out that thug Paul Comerford of the Legal Services Regulatory Authority, protecting these monsters and their accomplices, rejected to consider this issue irrespective of clear: 1. section 10.- (1) (a) – Criminal Justice (Theft and Fraud Offences) Act 2001… 2. section 14 – (1) (i) – Solicitor’s Act 1954… 3. section 50– Legal Services Regulation Act 2015… 4. sections 7 and 8 – Criminal Law Act 1997 and 5. part 7 (Organized Crime) brilliantly explained in Criminal Justice Act 2006.  All that forced the victim to address the Data Protection Commission in Ireland and this institution received the correspondence on 28^th November 2023 at 09 – 27.  We refer to the letter that Ms Walsh posted to the victim on 28th November. In it she pointed out that they normally reply within 20 working days unless complex circumstances arise. Today is 16th July 2025  and these criminals – commissioners  are still rejecting to take any steps resolving this part of Ireland’s national shame.

Data Protection Commission in the Republic of Ireland received the victim’s complaint on 28^th November 2023 at 09:27 (see page 5 of the complaint) and after that the victim found this letter in his post box.

Criminal scoundrels protect criminal scoundrels, once again, points to the document of 27th July 2023 which Leo Fay of Michael J. Kennedy Solicitors wrought on 27^th July 2023. That is the document we often return to. In it Fay Leo stressed that the remainder of the documents which the victim requested was going to be released. However, it never happened.  That was why the victim posted (1st December 2023) a file to Ms Gemma Walsh, Information officer of Data Protection Commission. Ms Walsh received the correspondence on 5th December and the file she received contained:

• 64-page list of all documents which these monsters concealed from the victim violating so section 10.- (1) (a) ….Criminal Justice (Theft and Fraud Offences Act) 2001

• Section 14 – (1) (b) (i) – Solicitors Act 1954

• Sections 50 and 51 – Legal Services Regulation Act 2015 and what is particularly horrific…

• Part 7 (Organized Crime) – Criminal Justice Act 2006

All what these barbarians were involved in we have explained in more details in  post: In flagrante delicto – 1  in its Analysis  at the bottom of the post text. In his letter of 27th July 2023 Leo Fay, along with his partner in crime Michael J. Kennedy,  named these concealed documents as….

Uploading…. introductory note, then this 64-page list Ms Walsh received on 5^th December 2023 and after that gradually, of course, each and every document this list refers to including names of all those who joined together and went to extreme lengths to prevent the truth coming to light. That work will last for years….On 28th November 2023 the victim addressed Data Protection Commission and on 4^th January 2024 he received the two-page letter dated 22^nd December 2023 in which John Z. Cowap, Information Officer of Data Protection Commission, explained the circumstances.  Next day the victim responded and John Z. Cowap received the correspondence on Tuesday, 9^th January 2024. As Criminal scoundrels protect criminal scoundrels already pointed to above only loud silence is coming out of Data Protection Commission. Having in mind the crystal clear message of this deafening silence We today, on 16th July 2025, 19th time, call on the criminals – commissioners to take necessary steps and resolve this part of this horrific crime…. we also remind these two scoundrels that they brutally violated Sections 7 and 8 in Criminal Law Act, 1997 and Part 7 (Organized Crime) – Criminal Justice Act 2006.
